    Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a General Laborer Packaging Operator to join their team, you will be part of the Springfield Filling department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to follow defined procedures, which will align successfully in the organization. Safety & Team Player is Key

     

    **Job Title:** Packaging Nights

    10-12 hours days + OT Possibly working 7 days per week

    **Location:** Springfield, MO

    **Pay Range:** $18.25 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform a variety of general manual labor tasks including heavy lifting and moving of materials..

    + Assist in operations at heights and manage heavy lifting of 50 pounds or more.

    + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.

     

    + Basic proficiency in English (speak, read, write).

    + High School diploma or GED Required with Proof

    + a willingness to learn is essential and be a part of a Team
