    Our client, a dynamic player in the packaging industry, is seeking a Packing Associate to join their team. As a Packing Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Packing Associate - New Franklin MO - 1st Shift

    **Shift:** M-F 6am - 3:30pm - NO WEEKENDS!

    **Location:** New Franklin, MO

    **Pay Range:** $15 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist in counting and/or boxing final packaged product

    + Assist in stacking boxes on pallets for shipment

    + Assist in running finished product through metal detector

    + Assist in transferring product between rooms

    + Assist in cleaning at day end

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Team-oriented mindset

    + Willingness to follow safety protocols

    + Flexibility to perform various tasks as needed
