Our client, a leader in the operations and benefits sector, is seeking a Benefits Specialist to join their team. As a **Payroll & Benefits Specialist (Part-Time)** you will be part of the Operations team supporting various Wellbeing Operating Companies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:** **Payroll &** **Benefits Specialist (part-time)
Contract: 3 Month (extensions possible)
Part-Time: 20 hours per week
Pay Range: $40 - $47 per hour
What's the Job?
+ Ownership of data accuracy in Paylocity following handover from the Newfront implementation team.
+ Support remaining Operating Companies to implement the leave management system (Tilt).
+ Assist with any outstanding implementations (e.g., Greenhouse).
+ Develop process maps for all key touchpoints to clarify ownership and system handoffs.
+ Engage with Operating Company teams on their systems and ways of working to provide internal support through the process mapping process.
What we're looking for?
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ **Minimum 7+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.**
+ **Familiarity with Paylocity and other HR systems.**
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
