Job Summary and Qualifications
The IAM Product Analyst II is primarily responsible for providing hands-on expertise to resolve service delivery or functionality issues of large, complex and distributed Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems with minimal assistance.
This individual will work collaboratively to implement and support identity management solutions that meet organizational needs. They will exhibit a high degree of self-motivation as well as possessing excellent communication, documentation and relationship building skills.
The IAM Product Analyst II will work closely with the Information Protection and Security department to implement and support tools that achieve HCA’s cybersecurity goals.

+ Participate in the day-to-day support and maintenance activities of assigned IAM products
+ Leads initial troubleshooting activities
+ Thoroughly understand assigned IAM applications
+ Actively participate in resolving product related issues submitted by the end users
+ Ensures solutions meet business user needs
+ Independently conduct research for greater understanding
+ Participate in multiple tasks at a time
+ Consistently deliver according to commitments
+ Mentor junior team members to increase team knowledge and faster resolutions
+ Build strong relationships within the department and company, including business owners
+ Work as part of a team and work independently
+ Provide after-hours/on-call support as needed
+ Assists lead team members in formulating system communication
+ Authors analysis of product incidents
+ Solicits and consolidates user feedback
40% Product Support
+ Contributes to pilot preparation, rollouts, process documentation, & support of deployment changes
+ Interview IAM stakeholders to define IAM challenges and requirements
+ Lead analyst on small to medium project/product releases
+ Assist IAM Engineers with design specifications
+ Write business specifications and provide detailed documentation of work
+ Accurately estimate assigned project tasks
+ Ensures product deliverables meet stated business requirements
+ Develop deliverables to HCA standards
+ Be able to clearly articulate HCA Information Protection best practices
+ Delegate small tasks to junior team members for effective delivery of solutions
+ Participates in testing of deliverables for small to medium project/product releases
+ Contributes in peer reviews of requirements work completed by team members
+ Develops user documentation and manuals, training material, and/or job aids
+ Supports project teams by providing technical expertise and solution implementation for identity management integration needs.

What qualifications you will need:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred
+ Three or more years relevant work experience
