Job Summary: This position supports CaroMont Health’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Audit programs, collaborates with risk domain and risk owners to perform risk assessments and analysis, maintains risk registers, risk mitigation plans, and audit documentation, and prepares reports as directed. The ERM & Audit Analyst also supports CaroMont Health’s Business Integrity Division (which includes Legal, Risk Management, Compliance, Regulatory & Accreditation, and Coding Compliance) by conducting audits, analyzing data, assisting with other ERM/Audit-related projects, and assisting with coordination between internal and external stakeholders. This position also maintains CaroMont Health ERM and Audit databases/software and routinely provides reports to key stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications: Associates degree in Business or Office Administration, law, finance or accounting required; or high school diploma (equivalent) with a minimum of 5-7 years healthcare experience required. Experience in legal, regulatory, audit, compliance or risk management preferred. Experience with EPIC EMR preferred. Effective time management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and departments. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, work with changing priorities, strong attention to detail and team oriented. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Leadership, Board members and external vendors, research skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. General proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and Compliance 360 or other ERM/Audit software required. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel preferred. Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality of sensitive information.
