    With limited supervision, develops, manages, coordinates, and administers HR programs across the span of HR areas.

     

    + Interfaces with functional and operational leaders on openings;

    + Reviews resumes and creates candidate pools;

    + Develops interview and selection process;

    + Creates recommendations for offers;

    + Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management cycle;

    + Ensures consistent application of practices;

    + Develop and administer local training;

    + Work with managers to identify best utilization of corporate sponsored training;

    + Ensure managers and employees complete development plans;

    + Address complex and varied questions and concerns by managers and employees;

    + Responsible for employee relations;

    + Administer the annual merit process;

    + Address questions on compensation and benefits;

    + Conduct reporting and analytics, as needed;

    + Supervise team members.

    + Assign and prioritize team member tasks

    Qualifications

    + Education: University Degree(or international equivalent)

    + Minimum Experience 4 to 6+ Years
