    NOW HIRING A USED CAR ASSISTANT/ SALES ADMIN!

     

    Pay: $22/hr + BONUS!

     

    Schedule: Sunday to Saturday, depending on business needs

     

    Work any 4 days a week, and on Saturdays

     

    Direct report to the General Sales Manager

    Qualifications

    + Previous administrative support &/or customer service experience

    + Computer Saavy

    + Excellent communication skills

    + "Front of House"/ Customer facing experience

    Responsibilities

    + Welcome clients, determine the nature of visit and escort to sales team member

    + Provide information regarding client needs and expectations to team

    + Provide administrative support

    + Answer customer telephone queries & m aintain client records

    + Produce reports to assist the sales department

    The Used Car Assistant plays a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and provides an important link between the salesperson and the client. Reporting to Sales Managers, they work in a challenging and competitive environment, processing all sales-related paperwork and arranging appointments for salespeople to visit new and established customers.

    •The expected pay range for this position is $22.00 (Hourly). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
