    Job Overview:

    Jersey City Medical Center is looking for a qualified candidate to oversee the Radiology Support Services division in a Director role.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + Must be well organized with problem solving abilities.

    + Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + Strong leadership skills are required. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills

    + Must have Radiology experience

    + Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in management capacity preferred.

    + ARRT active

    Scheduling Requirements:

    + Days to work

    + FT

    Pay Range:

    Range: $145K to $185K

    Essential Functions:

    + Provides Leadership, Vision, Strategy and Direction in regards to effectively fulfilling the goals and objectives of the Department of Radiology.

    + Effectively communicates information, appropriates and utilize resources and manages the department leadership staff and services in order to institute industry best practices.

    + Directs staff and operational expenses in the department.

    + Establishes annual goals and objectives for the department in conjunction with managers, section supervisors, Medical Directors and Hospital Administration
