This role calls for a driven attorney who’s passionate about complex litigation and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. With cases that demand strategic thinking and impactful advocacy, you’ll work closely with a variety of partners across the firm’s portfolio — owning your work while operating within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Litigation Lifecycle Management: Handle cases from pre-suit investigation through to trial or settlement.
+ Draft & Argue: Prepare compelling motions, pleadings, discovery, and present arguments confidently in court.
+ Deposition Experience: Conduct and defend depositions, ensuring seamless case progression.
+ Client & Strategy Focus: Collaborate directly with clients and partners to strategize and lead litigation efforts.
+ Courtroom Advocacy: Build impactful case narratives to deliver optimal outcomes for franchise-related disputes.
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
+ Experience: 4–8 years of litigation experience, ideally within complex commercial litigation. Franchise litigation experience is a bonus but not required.
+ Bar Status: Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible for admission.
+ Skills: Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills — with high levels of autonomy and bold strategic thinking.
+ Attributes: Grit, ownership, and a passion for litigation paired with exceptional professionalism and client care.
Perks & Benefits:
+ Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 base salary + bonus opportunity

+ Hybrid Flexibility: Primarily remote with the expectation to work in-office one-two days per week
