Key Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including partnering directly with C-suite leadership, to provide actionable financial analysis and insights.

+ Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making processes.

+ Perform advanced data analysis utilizing Excel tools such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and more.

+ Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.

+ Generate clear, concise reports for stakeholders while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Assist in improving efficiencies within financial reporting processes.

+ Support special projects to drive financial growth and operational improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (essential).

+ At least 7+ years of financial analysis experience in a fast-paced environment.

+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.

+ Sage software experience is a plus but not required.

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work closely with executive leaders.

+ Detail-oriented with a charismatic and methodical approach to collaboration and problem-solving.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of experience working as a Financial Analyst.

• Advanced skills in Variance Analysis are required.

• Proven experience in Budgeting and Forecasting is crucial.

• Must be adept at preparing Monthly Financial Reports.

• Experience in creating Pro Forma Financial Statements is necessary.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute Budgeting tasks effectively.

• Must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively in a team environment.

• Must have the ability to make sound financial decisions based on data analysis.
