• Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

    Description

    We are in search of a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager for our operations located in Spring Hill, Florida, United States. The individual in this role will be tasked with a multitude of financial responsibilities, including complex financial modeling, creating budgets/forecasts, supporting close processes, researching industry trends, and developing growth strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Apply your expertise in Adaptive Insights and other accounting software systems to drive complex financial modeling

    • Support the controller in handling close processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy

    • Leverage CRM and EPM skills to maintain and manage business unit records

    • Conduct thorough research on industry trends to inform financial decision-making

    • Develop and implement growth strategies to ensure the financial health of the organization

    • Create and maintain annual budgets, working closely with various departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals

    • Oversee capital management processes to optimize resource allocation

    • Utilize knowledge of 3M and other accounting functions to streamline financial operations

    • Lead the budget processes, ensuring all financial plans align with company objectives.

    Requirements

    • Experience with Accounting Software Systems

    • Familiarity with Adaptive Insights

    • Proficiency in CRM

    • Ability to perform Accounting Functions

    • Experience with Annual Budget preparation

    • Understanding of Budget Processes

    • Experience working with Business Units

    • Knowledge of Capital Management
