    Description We are on the lookout for a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to become an integral part of our team in BEACHWOOD, Ohio. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will focus on managing various marketing projects, supporting the CIO with Microsoft 365, and working in a dynamic environment. This role requires high motivation and a strong work ethic.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and coordinate various marketing projects

    • Support the CIO in handling Microsoft 365 tasks

    • Work in a dynamic environment, showcasing a high motivation and work ethic

    • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign to create compelling marketing materials

    • Manage content through Content Management System (CMS)

    • Utilize CRM to maintain customer relationships and manage data

    • Create engaging editorial content and advertisements

    • Write and manage blog posts to increase brand awareness

    • Participate in budget processes and campaign planning

    • Use project management software, like Wrike, to organize and track project progress. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign is necessary.

    • Must have experience working with Content Management System (CMS).

    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is required.

    • Ability to create compelling editorial content is essential.

    • Experience in designing and implementing advertisements is expected.

    • Proven experience in blogging to enhance brand visibility and engagement is desirable.

    • Demonstrated ability to raise brand awareness through various marketing strategies is a must.

    • Understanding of budget processes in a marketing context is necessary.

    • Experience in campaign planning and execution is crucial.

    • Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Wrike, is required. Innovation starts with people.®
