    We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Specialist based in Roseville, California. You will be a part of a team that operates within the industry, focusing on tasks such as account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices

    • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions

    • Conduct account reconciliation activities to maintain accurate records

    • Handle and resolve billing issues and inquiries

    • Perform data entry tasks to maintain customer records

    • Utilize software like Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

    • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required

    • Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.

    • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential.

    • Must have knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR).

    • Familiarity with Billing procedures is necessary.

    • Must be adept at Data Entry tasks.

    • Experience in Invoice Processing is important.

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

     

    Experience with QuickBooks is beneficial.
