Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Financial Services industry for a Human Resources & Payroll Manager to join our team in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia. As a Human Resources & Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including the processing of payroll, managing HR functions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing and executing all payroll-related functions and operations
• Utilizing ADP Workforce Now to streamline payroll processes
• Managing all aspects of employee benefits and associated compliance risks
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of all employee information
• Handling HR and accounting functions in an efficient and organized manner
• Addressing and resolving employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
• Implementing and maintaining an effective and compliant employee benefit plan
• Utilizing Paychex Payroll to further enhance payroll operations
• Actively monitoring and managing employee accounts and data
• Continuously improving HR and payroll processes for better efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role such as Human Resources & Payroll Manager
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is required
• Demonstrable experience in Accounting Functions is essential
• Knowledge and experience in Benefit Functions is mandatory
• Proficiency in using Paychex Payroll is a must
• Experience in managing an Employee Benefit Plan is preferred
• Ability to handle Compliance Risk and associated procedures is necessary
