    Description

    We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an ERP/CRM Developer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role entails configuring, modifying, and upgrading ServiceNow, as well as developing work flows. The developer will also engage with executive leadership and work independently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement ServiceNow, including configurations, modifications, and upgrades

    • Develop work flows for various business processes

    • Communicate effectively with executive leadership

    • Work independently on various tasks and projects

    • Utilize cloud technologies for development and management

    • Manage business process functions and create business requirement documents

    • Utilize ServiceNow ITSM for IT service management

    • Engage in ServiceNow development and application

    • Manage configuration processes for various systems and applications

    Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP/CRM Developer

    • Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is a must

    • Strong understanding of Business Process Functions

    • Ability to create a comprehensive Business Requirement Document

    • Skilled in Configuration Management

    • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM is required

    • Must have worked on ServiceNow Development
