    Description We are in search of an Entry Level Accountant to join our team. Based in Seattle, Washington, the successful candidate will be involved in a range of accounting duties within our industry. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurate conversion and download of data from legacy platforms such as bill.com, Quickbooks Online, and Netsuite to Agillink

    • Preparation and entry of journal entries for the years 2020 through 2024, ready for review

    • Posting of bills paid through legacy platforms in the year 2025 into Agillink

    • Assistance with Form 1099 review and setting up vendors in Agillink

    • Efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications

    • Maintenance of precise customer credit records

    • Monitoring of customer accounts and taking the necessary actions. Requirements • Applicant must possess knowledge of Accounting Entries.

    • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.

    • Familiarity with bill.com is required.

    • Prior experience with Quickbooks Online is desirable.

    • Experience with NetSuite is a plus.

    • Understanding of Form 1099 is important.

    • Data Entry skills are essential.
