Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in Miami, Florida for an Accounts Payable Manager. This role will be situated within a lively and bustling industry, where you will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of accounts payable, managing high volume data, and transitioning between systems. This position is strictly onsite and will allow the successful candidate to grow within the role.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently oversee and manage the full cycle of accounts payable.

• Handle high volume data, including but not limited to, 500+ line items.

• Seamlessly transition between different accounting software systems as we are in the process of moving to a new accounts payable system.

• Ensure accurate account coding and data processing.

• Utilize various financial services, including ADP and Concur.

• Conduct regular auditing to maintain accuracy and integrity of the accounts payable.

• Maintain and update accurate customer credit records.

• Handle accrual accounting and other accounting functions.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and promptly.

• Manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is required.

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.

• Expertise in using Concur software will be beneficial.

• Strong skills in Data Processing are essential.

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is required.

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Accrual Accounting is necessary.

• Experience in Auditing is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is a plus.
