    CCTV Systems Engineer

     

    Our client is seeking dynamic and personable professionals to join their team supporting clients across North America while contributing to the advancement of cutting-edge hardware and software solutions. As a Systems Engineer, you'll travel throughout the US and Canada delivering essential project support and customer service.

     

    Strong communication and people skills are essential for this role, as you'll regularly engage with both customers and installation partners. This position requires up to 75% travel time, typically from M-F each week.

    Responsibilities:

    + 75% travel to service North American customer sites

    + Troubleshoot installed equipment utilizing standard electrical test equipment such as multimeters to identify issues and implement corrective actions

    + Troubleshoot returned material with technical issues

    + Design training documentation and user manuals

    + Oversee subcontractor installations of equipment

    + Train users on software functionality

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science -OR- Associates degree in Related field + 1-2 years field experience

    + Knowledge or experience in electrical/mechanical systems

    + Knowledge of computer networks

    + Microsoft Office Suite

    Preferred:

    + Experience within the Transit Market

    + Experience with Wired/Wireless Computer Networks

    + Experience with CCTV Surveillance Systems

    + IP Camera Experience

    + Experience Programming DVRs or NVRs
