    Adecco is excited to assist one of our top clients, in their search for a talented Business Analyst in Tempe, AZ.

     

    This is an excellent opportunity to join the largest food delivery platform in the United States and play a key role in their Merchant Services team!

    Position Details:

    + **Pay Rate:** $43.00 per hour

    + **Work Hours:** Monday-Friday:

    + 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    + 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

    + 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

    + **Type:** Temp to Hire

    + **Location:** Onsite in Tempe, AZ

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and maintain SQL queries and build dashboards/reports in Sigma and Mode to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver accurate, automated reporting solutions.

    + Monitor data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.

    + Identify and implement data-driven solutions for process improvement and efficiency gains.

    Ideal Candidate:

    + **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in business reporting, MIS, or data analytics roles, with a strong understanding of data analysis principles.

    + **Skills:** Proven proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience using Sigma and Mode for data visualization and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey data insights effectively.

    + **Abilities:** Ability to work with large datasets and maintain a high level of accuracy. Experience in data automation and process optimization. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    + **Requirements:** Degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.

    Preferred Qualifications & Experience (A Plus):

    + Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management.

    + Knowledge of scripting languages like Python for data manipulation.

    + Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

    + Understanding of business intelligence (BI) and data governance best practices.

    **Pay Details:** $43.00 per hour
