    Position: CBRP Case Manager

     

    Divison: Central Services

     

    Program: CBRP/SCOP

     

    General Overview: Provide Case Management to ex offenders enrolled as participants in the Community Based Residential Programs(CBRP). Develop case planning for high risk offenders. Locate and secure stable housing for all CBRP clients. Maintain relationship with CMI agency staff, DOCCS and Community. Meet with Supervisor on a regular basis to review cases and address barriers within your case load.

     

    Qualifications: 2 yrs. Experience in Criminal Justice, Human Services, or related field. Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred. Minimum qualifications of 3-5 yrs. Experience working in Human Services or related field and an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, Human Services, or related field. Current Red Cross First Aide Card and valid NYS Drivers License.

     

    Hours: Full Time

     

    Salary Range: $38,355 - $42,764
