• Quantitative Equity Developer

    We are looking for individuals who have a desire to continue to grow and develop skillsets in emerging technology, financial software development, quantitative processes, and contribute to the investment teams.

    Responsibilities:

    + Supports the design and development of investment model code in production environment to convert investment research into quantitative models.

    + Creates and maintains quantitative code libraries and model analytics.

    + Reviews and reconciles peer code changes with statistical certainty.

    + Conceptualizes, codes, and builds new quantitative analytics based on knowledge of financial markets, securities, investment themes and new technologies.

    + Builds effective working relationships to anticipate the needs of analysts and/or portfolio managers.

    + Participates in research projects and integrates innovative technologies into investment processes.

    Qualifications:

    + Two years in the Financial Services industry. Investment management experience preferred. Experience in statistical analyses and related statistical tools.

    + Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or statistics or equivalent combination of training and experience required.

    + S trong programming skills required (python)

    + Equity investing competency (markets, active vs passive etc.)
