CTG is seeking to fill a Package Specialist SAP HR Comp & Payroll opening for our client in New Brunswick, NJ.
**Location:** New Brunswick, NJ
**Duration:** 8 months
Duties:
+ Serve as a Senior SAP HCM consultant (Band 7 or Band 8 level), leading and supporting the implementation of SAP HR Compensation and Payroll modules.
+ Lead end-to-end testing efforts and support data conversion activities.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of SAP HCM with other systems.
+ Provide subject matter expertise in SAP Time Management and other HCM modules.
+ Support the execution of global implementation strategies and rollout plans.
Skills:
+ Strong expertise in SAP HCM Core modules with hands-on experience in Compensation and Payroll.
+ In-depth knowledge of data conversion processes.
+ Solid understanding of SAP Time Management and its integration with Payroll and other modules.
+ Ability to lead and support full-cycle testing activities.
+ Working knowledge of SAP integrations and related technical touchpoints.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Experience:
+ 8+ years of SAP HCM implementation experience, including global implementations.
+ Proven experience in leading SAP HCM projects, particularly in the Compensation and Payroll domains.
+ Hands-on involvement in at least one global SAP HCM rollout.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
