    What You-ll Do

    Job Description:

    + **Leading & attending shared Global Product Lifecycle (GPL)-related Scrum events: PI Planning, Scrum of Scrum, System Demos**

    + **Team stand-ups**

    + **Manage 3 teams as Senior SCRUM Master (1 NearShore + 2 Onshore)**

    + **Weekly Scrum of Scrums**

    + **Monthly GPL System demos**

    + **Shared team refinements/sprint planning sessions**

    + **Maintaining calendars for program increments (PIs) or phases of GPL**

    + **Implementing and leading PI planning events each quarter**

    + **Monitoring the progress of PIs and ensuring alignment with the overall program roadmap**

    + **Coordinating and aligning GPL activities with the organization's strategic goals**

    + **Serving as a liaison between product management, development, and operations teams**

    + **Proactive tracking and handling of initiative-level dependencies/risks**

    + **Looking ahead at the program roadmap 6 months and beyond**

    + **Creating and facilitating initiative artifacts**

    + **Ensuring the business gathers necessary information before engaging engineers for future components of the initiative**

    + **Kicking off IT engagement when it's time for engineers to start looking at future segments of work within the initiative**

    + **Serving as Scrum Master for one engineering team that is part of this initiative**

    + **Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met**

    + **Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress and success of the initiative**

    + **Providing regular status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders**

    + **Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems**

    + **Facilitating the resolution of issues that may impede project progress**

    + **Providing guidance, training, and mentoring to team members and stakeholders on agile practices and methodologies**

    + **Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team collaboration**
