    The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound exams according to physician orders.

    Exceptional skills and Qualifications

    + Must be able to scan General, OB and Vascular Studies. Willing to train the right candidate. Exceptional communication and patient care skills aptitude toward the team philosophy

    + Ability to work independently without direct supervision

    + Basic computer skills

    + Sterile procedure

    + Provides correct patient identification, technique, education, instruction, and transportation, as necessary

    + Serves as preceptor for imaging procedures

    + Operates all imaging and Doppler/duplex equipment with proper technique

    + Meets all computer and documentation competencies

    + Education: Graduate of an Accredited Ultrasound Program preferred

    + License Required: Current ARDMS Certification in Ultrasound (If hired without a license, ARDMS or ARRT(S) or CCI certification is required within 24 months of obtaining position)

    + Willing to cross train the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is engaged and excited about Ultrasound
