    Highlights

     

    Community Physician Network is seeking a **board-certified advanced practice provider** to join a well-established Gastroenterology team at our Community Hospital North campus. We are seeking a **highly motivated** , **teamwork-oriented** Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, preferably with experience.

     

    • 1.0 FTE/ Day Shift / M-F schedule Some weekends/holidays are required
