    This physician will join Community Physician Network, an employed physician group of over 650 physicians in Kokomo, IN.

    + Full spectrum of GYN procedures including minimally invasive procedures

    + Average of 200 deliveries per physician each year

    + 8 LDR rooms

    + 6 bed neonatal ICU (Level 2) with Giraffe machine

    Licensure & Certification

     

    BE/BC in Ob/Gyn and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
