    **Pay Range:** $120,350 - $146,917. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.

    **Location:** Tampa, FL

     

    Based out of Tampa, FL office, role requires minimum 2 days per week in-office.

     

    The **Finance Manager** for Primo Brands’ Corporate Finance team adds value by creating and implementing actionable data analytics and reporting for the enterprise. Under the direction of the Finance Director of Corporate Finance, the Finance Manager manages weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and analysis of consolidated topline performance and related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supports the annual budget and forecasting processes, and performs a variety of tasks related to the organization’s financial health and sustainability. This individual will provide executive and department leaders with insights on the business through enhanced analyses and reporting to support strategic decision making.

    + Develop financial models and presentations to support comprehensive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting that delivers timely and actionable insights.

    + Develop databases and analytical tools to support building out the framework for increased timely and accurate financial reporting.

    + Analyze and report on key drivers and trends related to monthly estimate variances.

    + Assist in compiling and publishing key metrics and KPIs to provide transparency, insights and consistent reporting to senior leadership to drive effective and efficient allocation of the company’s investments.

    + Provide analytics on monthly Risk and Opportunities submissions.

    + Assist with budgeting and forecasting process. Includes project management skills, ability to partner across the organization, and performing reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy of inputs as well as driving continuous improvement to promote forecast accuracy.

    + Responsible for assisting with key quarterly earnings analyses.

    + Assist with maintenance of comprehensive corporate financial model (5+ year) to support strategic planning and growth opportunities.

    + Assist with the preparation of corporate presentations for strategic initiatives.

    + Utilize influencing skills to build collaborative relationships with Profit Centers and cross-functional Corporate Finance teams.

    + Lead process documentation and proactively seek ways to enhance, streamline, and automate existing processes contributing to enhanced reporting.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    + BA degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA preferred.

    + Prior experience in a similar Finance role, preferably in the CPG industry.

    + Technical expertise leveraging Microsoft Office (advanced Excel / Power Query / Power Pivots / PowerPoint ), familiarity with Essbase, and working knowledge of data visualization and dashboard development in Power BI.

    + Prior experience working across multiple ERPs, ideally with knowledge of SAP, Oracle, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Oracle BI, preferred but not required.

    + Prior Project Management and process documentation experience.

    + Strong presentation skills - the ability to be able to interact with both external and internal customers and effectively communicate thoughts and ideas.

    + Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.

    + Possess an unwavering commitment to excellence.

    + Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, financial results, and actionable recommendations.

    + Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    + Must be organized with strong attention to detail.
