    + JOB REQUIREMENTS

    + Education

    + Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Arkansas. Must acquire CITI Certification within 12 months of employment.

    + Experience

    + Three (3) years clinical experience preferred. Research experience desired, not required. Commitment to SOCRA research certification desired.

    + Physical

    + Requires - mobility, sight, hearing, verbal communication, changes in temperature, exposure to disagreeable elements (dusts, fumes, odors, water, etc.), exposure to biological, mechanical, electrical and chemical hazards. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and stooping. Lifting up to 40 lbs. Carrying up to 40 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 40 lbs. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones.

    + JOB SUMMARY

    + The Clinical Research staff member is competent to coordinate and manage clinical trials under the authority of the Principal Investigator and the supervision of their direct report. Acts as a liaison between the investigators, primary care providers, Institutional Review Board (IRB), manager, and sponsor. Responsible for coordinating the conduct of the study while adhering to all institutional and government regulations and maintain regulatory files.
