    Summary

    The Digital Specialist reports to the Digital Strategy Manager. Works with cross-functional teams, but receives day-to-day direction primarily from the digital product owner(s) or web lead(s). Supports the execution of website strategy and development and uses supporting data to recommend projects that drive conversion and growth. Works closely with governance committee to ensure online standards are followed. Maintains relationship with vendor partners to ensure successful execution of updates to website. Maintains ongoing awareness of industry best practices and communicates to team.

     

    Responsible for gathering requirements, providing digital mock-ups, managing website content, page builds, SEO enhancements, page layout, information architecture, performing site maintenance and ongoing updates.

    Education

    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Public Relations; or related field.

    Experience

    Must have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, analytics and website planning/implementation and development, with healthcare experience preferred.

    Other Qualifications

    Strong proficiency in digital tools, search engine optimization and information architecture. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and content management systems like Sitecore is essential.
