POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enable the sales team to effectively engage with customers and close deals. This role involves, but isn’t limited to, the following: serve as the subject matter expert for selected technology platforms, communicating key benefits of selected platforms to the end-users & managers, creating training programs, developing sales materials, and facilitate cross functional collaboration with various groups including sales operations, sales distribution, marketing, and training to identify and address gaps in sales processes, tools, and resources.
POSITION RESPONSBILITIES:
+ Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
+ Drive manager adoption and engagement of digital platforms (e.g. VYMO)
+ Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, product guides, and competitive analysis
+ Collaborate with sales operations, sales distribution, marketing, and training to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase sales effectiveness
+ Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
+ Manage the sales enablement budget and resources
+ Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement
+ Own the adoption metrics of all sales platforms and front-end systems
+ Additional duties as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role.
+ Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
+ Proficiency in sales enablement tools and technologies.
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Role-model partnership and collaboration with Field Leaders and members of Operations
+ Critical thinking abilities that include assessing the status quo
+ Analytical skills with ability to draw insights and present on conclusions
+ Strong, professional, communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
+ High sense of urgency and ability to pivot/flex as priorities are redirected
+ Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in a dynamic environment (remote and home office environment)
+ Ability to present verbal and written information and ideas in a clear, concise, and organized manner
+ Ability to lead a team, both through direct reporting relationships, but also within peer group
