A manufacturing company, located in Fallsington, PA is looking for a Full-Time Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
+ Prospect and generate leads: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
+ Qualify leads: Assess the needs and interests of potential customers to determine their suitability for our products/services.
+ Conduct sales presentations: Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
+ Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
+ Close sales: Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
+ Follow up: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
+ Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
+ Report: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
+ Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
+ Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong negotiation and closing skills.
+ Ability to build and maintain relationships.
+ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
