    The **Supervisor Financial Specialist** is responsible for:

    + Leading and supervising a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

    + Ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, overseeing accurate financial reporting, accounts reconciliation (AR & AP), and invoice processing.

    + Managing financial risk, strategic planning, and decision-making to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

    + Overseeing provider compensation, including complex plans, payment reconciliation, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

    + Utilize advanced Excel and data analytics skills for financial modeling, reporting, and process improvements.

    + Ensure the efficiency of business expense reimbursements and physician compensation processes, working closely with stakeholders.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education

    Required - bachelor's in finance or accounting

    **Preferred** - MBA

    Experience

    **Required** - 8 years in Finance or Accounting or 6 years in Finance or Accounting with CPA

    Certifications / Licensure

    **Preferred** - CPA
