    Summary:

    BayCare is currently in search of our newest **Occupational Therapist** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area

     

    **Position:** Occupational Therapist Pool

    **Occupational Therapist** (Pool) Responsibilities:

    + Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy.

    + Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Fitness Specialists, Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant students and volunteers.

    + A supervising licensed Occupational Therapist may only supervise 1 permittee at any given time.

    **Required Certifications and Licensures** :

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + OT (Occupational Therapy)

    + Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain

    Education** **:

    + Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy

    + Preferred Master's Occupational Therapy

    + Preferred Doctorate's Occupational Therapy

    Experience:

    + Preferred 1 year Occupational Therapy

    **Specific Skills** :

    + Collaborate and work with a team

    + Written and verbal communication skills

    + Work independently

    + Work with minimal supervision

    + Computer skills appropriate to position

    + Organizational skills

    + Customer service skills
