Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, KS office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You’ll Do
Children’s Hospital Association is growing. The Account Manager - Health Care Analytics Member Success is responsible for delivering operational excellence across all pediatric analytic programs through effective account management and leveraging appropriate subject matter experts as needed. Reporting to the Senior Director of Analytics Member Success, this position will focus on optimizing these programs to enable member hospitals to achieve meaningful, actionable results in financial performance, operational efficiency, workforce, and clinical outcomes by leveraging comparative data.
+ Lead hospital onboarding and provide high-quality service to ensure seamless integration and consistent excellence across pediatric analytics programs.
+ Manage meetings, project timelines, and workloads, ensuring strategic prioritization, effective time management, and the timely delivery of project deliverables that meet quality standards.
+ Build and nurture strong relationships with hospital members, fostering deeper engagement and driving the success of comparative data programs.
+ Actively collect and analyze customer insights through engagement data, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of data programs and making recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance participant retention and reinforce existing memberships.
+ Optimize the value of program participation by actively listening to hospital needs and effectively communicating them internally to drive continuous program improvements.
+ Provide pediatric analytics product general content knowledge about data products to all hospital participants as requested.
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts as needed to ensure hospital-specific needs are met and solutions are tailored for maximum impact.
Required Experience:
What You’ll Bring to CHA
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, technology, or related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience supporting hospital budgeting, operations, decision support, or clinical field.
+ Working knowledge of the health care industry.
+ Knowledge of key comparative standards such as billing standards for common comparative units, hospital job title classification for skill mix comparisons, general ledger expense, revenue account categories for financial comparisons, and DRG classification system for patient population comparisons.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document and communicate technical requirements to technical experts.
+ Strong project management skills leading both individuals and teams with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
+ Ability to prepare and facilitate presentations.
+ Knowledge of relational database technology.
Preferred Experience:
+ Knowledge of clinical, billing, and other financial systems such as decision support, cost accounting, or budgeting.
+ Experience using hospital comparative financial, operational, and clinical databases.

More About CHA
This pay range shown is a guideline. Min: $80,000 Max: $160,000 Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
