Job Description
Job Summary
Maintain and support the operations of AIC classrooms and computer labs. Perform and manage the Agiloft maintenance reports on a daily basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Assist professor in the AIC classrooms with turning on equipment. Assist students in the proper use of computers, printers and software in AIC labs.
+ Complete daily work order request.
+ Maintain proper care of all equipment in the computer labs and audio/visual storage areas.
+ Serve as a resource for Professor, students and staff in resolving any issues occurring in the classrooms or lab.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
+ Education- Associate degree in CIS or related field.
+ Experience- Some experience in computer hardware, software, and general audio/visual equipment.
+ May not be currently enrolled undergraduate student at Texas A&M International University.
Knowledge and Abilities
Knowledge of:
+ Familiarity with teaching materials.
+ Typing skills.
+ Word processing and spreadsheet applications.
+ Basic computer application experience.
Ability to:
+ Communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
+ Interact effectively and professionally with the general public.
+ Demonstrate sound judgement and teamwork.
+ Maintain confidentiality.
+ Ability to perform under deadlines.
+ Be reliable to the organization.
+ Multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Other Requirements
+ Evening and weekend hours required.
+ Position requires on campus, face-to-face interactions.
+ Position requires maintaining a regular schedule of attendance on campus and in the workplace.
+ Position temporary, subject to funding and/or need.
Pay of Salary: $11.35/hour for 19 hours weekly
