As the **Front Office Manager** , you’ll be the face of the hotel, setting the tone for every guest interaction while managing daily front desk operations. You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive exceptional guest service, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
+ **Deliver Outstanding Guest Service:** Create an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality by ensuring every guest feels welcomed, heard, and valued.
+ **Lead & Develop Your Team:** Coach and support front desk associates, manage scheduling, performance, and training to build a cohesive, guest-focused team.
+ **Be a Guest Experience Champion:** Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care, always seeking positive outcomes and long-term loyalty.
+ **Collaborate Across Departments:** Work closely with housekeeping, sales, and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest journey.
+ **Manage with Purpose:** Monitor labor, expenses, and productivity while recommending operational improvements to maximize efficiency and drive revenue.
+ **Maintain Brand Standards:** Ensure the lobby, front desk, and guest-facing areas reflect Marriott’s high cleanliness and service expectations.
+ **Be the Go-To Leader:** Act as Manager on Duty when needed, stepping up as the property leader to ensure hotel-wide service excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Experience:
+ 2+ years of front desk or hospitality leadership experience
+ Strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
Preferred Experience:
+ Night audit background and extended-stay hotel experience a plus
Education:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)
+ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field (preferred)
Tech Skills:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
+ Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and Marriott systems is a bonus
