The Assistant Carpenter will aide skilled craftsperson(s) by performing supportive duties as directed and will work under immediate supervision.

Tasks may include:

+ Loading and unloading building materials

+ Assist Carpenter in laying out work

+ Assist Carpenter with lifting, positioning, securing, and cutting of materials during installation

+ Clean work areas and equipment

+ Ensure work area remains stocked with materials needed

+ Assist other craft workers as needed

Skills/Requirements:

+ Framing and Structural Carpentry and Finished Carpentry experience

+ Hand tool proficiency such as Saws, Drills, and Nail Guns

+ Material Knowledge

+ Strong communication both verbal and digital

+ Problem solving

+ Customer service

Your compensation will vary by experience level. This can be discussed during the first interview.
