    You'll handle a variety of litigation matters, including coverage cases, breach of contract disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and partnership disagreements—all tied to the real estate industry. Previous experience in these specific areas isn’t required; the firm is prepared to train the right person.

     

    Compensation & Benefits

     

    + Competitive Salary: 2nd years: $145,000 (DOE), 3rd year: $160,000 + onwards

    + Bonuses: Discretionary year-end bonus .

    Requirements

    + JD from a Top 100 Law School.

    + 2-8 years of litigation experience (will train on practice area)

    + Professional, polished demeanor and strong written/verbal communication skills.

    + Strong writing skills.
