    Radiology and CT Manager - Day Shift; Monday-Friday

    Your Role at a Glance

    In this highly visible role, you will:

    + **Oversee Department Operations** : Plan, organize, and direct all activities within the Radiology and CT departments while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accrediting organizations.

    + **Supervise and Train** : Provide technical supervision, develop staffing schedules, and lead training for radiologists, technologists, physicians, and other team members.

    + **Policy Development** : Collaborate with administration and supervising physicians to establish and maintain operating policies and procedures.

    + **Budget Management** : Develop and justify the annual budget, oversee purchasing activities, and ensure financial accountability.

    + **Data Reporting** : Prepare reports, monitor service volume trends, and provide statistical data to senior leadership.

    + **Foster Teamwork** : Build a culture of professionalism and collaboration through leadership by example.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelors Degree

    + Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License

    + Current ARRT Registered in X-Ray required; CT Registration preferred

    + A minimum of five years of progressive management experience in the field of Radiology.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate efficient and courteous communications with patients, physicians, management, employees and vendors.

    + Excellent problem-resolution skills are essential.

    + Work Schedule is 40 hours per week
