Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dealer management and sales, with a passion for the automotive industry and a drive to exceed targets. Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. * Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance. * Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. * Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance the overall customer experience. * Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. * Coordinate with finance and insurance managers to finalize transactions and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. * Monitor inventory levels and work with the sales team to ensure vehicles are effectively showcased and promoted to customers. Requirements: * Prior experience in dealer management and sales within the automotive industry is required.  * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
