What You-ll Do

+ As a Business Intelligence&Analytics Practice Manager at Sogeti you will have theopportunity to do:

+ Consulting delivery

+ Deliver billable consultingservices for BIA to regional accounts

+ Provide delivery leadership toBIA projects

+ Sales and Pre-Sales

+ Lead discussions related tovarious BI trends and thought leadership with business and IT executives

+ Close new business and expandexisting accounts, help close both small and long term business deals

+ Pursuit Leadership:Assist AEswith developing presentations, pricing models, proposals and SOWs for BIAopportunities

+ Practice Leadership

+ Mentor consultants in BI&Apractice

+ Lead development of thoughleadership in various aspects of BI&A including Big Data, Analytics,Data Quality and Governance, Master Data Management (MDM) and DataIntegration

Education qualification

+ A bachelor's degree is required in anydiscipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

The ideal candidatewill have:

+ Business Development experienceincluding proposal support, presentations, writing SOWs

+ Project Management and/or Scrummaster experience.

+ Experience with sales and/ordelivery in the following Sogeti targeted sectors:Healthcare, ConsumerProducts/Retail/Distribution/Transportation, Manufacturing/Life Sciences,or General Business Services.

+ Experience with deliveringsolutions delivered via a Global Delivery Model

+ 10+ years of experience variousaspects of BI&A including Big Data, Analytics, Data Quality andGovernance, Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Integration

+ Self-starter who is able towork independently and with remote teams

+ A seller/doer/leaderpersonality who is comfortable doing all three aspects of practicemanagement:Sales, Delivery and Practice Management

+ Experience with at least onefull lifecycle implementation project (prefer multiple)

+ Have strong exposure oncreating and supporting enterprise scale BI infrastructure aligned withenterprise IT architecture

+ In-depth experience with 2 or 3technologies from among ETL, BI, MDM and Big Data
