    Sogeti USA, a division of the Capgemini Group, is expanding its Microsoft presence and in need of Software Development talent at all levels.

     

    You will also be responsible for helping to foster growth within Sogeti's Application Development Practice in Microsoft Technologies by demonstrating superior technical knowledge and service delivery skills. Our employee based model is meant to grow our consultants through training, enablement, and collaboration. This means our close knit team is expected to provide and promote thought leadership to help develop our practice both internally within our consulting group and also externally to our clients.

    Job Description:

    Core technologies (expertise expected):

    ? 1 to 10 years experience in a Software Engineering / Application Support.

    ? Scripting (AJAX, Jquery, JavaScript)

    ? Strong knowledge of SQL particularly stored procedures (SQL Server 2008 & 2005)

    ? Development experience with dot net V2.0 - V4.0, C# , ASP.Net, Classic ASP .

    ? Web Services & WCF

    Secondary technologies (mastery or familiarity with preferred):

    ? Linq

    ? Entity Framework

    ? MVC.NET 3.0

    ? Exposure to DTS and/or SSIS package development.

    ? Agile methodologies

    ? SpecFlow ? Feature files

    ? WatIN

    ? ReSharper unit testing, NUnit, or VS unit testing.

    ? Dependency injection tools (Spring.NET, etc..)

    ? Test Driven Development, and Business Driven Development methods (TDD, and BDD)
