    Practice Details

     

    Sanford Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Palliative Care physician to join our team.

     

    • 1 experienced advanced practice provider

    • Opportunity to grow and develop a practice

    • Strong collaboratin with the oncology team

    • RN/Nurse Navigator

    • Monday thru Friday schedule with no call

    • Hospital consult/clinic follow-up

    • Nursing home outreach within community
