Job Description:

One of HCA's prominent facilities, Riverside Community Hospital in the city of Riverside, is assisting a thriving private practice with their need to replace a retiring partner. As a result, they are extremely eager to add a new partner and add a second next year. The group has a long history of success in our community.

Qualified Candidates:

+ Board certified or board eligible in family practice or internal medicine

+ Opportunities for leadership development and skillset diversification

Incentive/Benefits Package:

+ The practice allows their physicians to work their own schedules and many opt to work a 4-day work week.

+ The group operates independently under centralized management. As a result, new members are treated as full partners from day 1.

+ The position is outpatient only and the incoming physician can expect to inherit a thriving practice with generous compensation and full benefits.
