    Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Audit Manager - Public in the thriving industry of public accounting. Based in a vibrant city in Iowa, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing a range of audit activities and contributing to the firm's growth and development.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, plan, and execute audits with precision and efficiency

    • Supervise a team of audit professionals, ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and on schedule

    • Foster clear communication and strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly

    • Identify potential audit risks and devise effective strategies to manage them

    • Collaborate with partners to strategize and seize new business opportunities

    • Stay updated with the latest auditing regulations and standards, applying this knowledge to daily operations

    • Contribute to the detail-oriented development of staff through mentoring, training, and performance evaluations

    • Utilize various accounting software systems to facilitate audit processes

    • Develop and implement audit programs and plans to ensure comprehensive audit engagements. Requirements • Proficient knowledge and experience in Accounting Software Systems

    • Demonstrated ability to utilize Audit Program effectively

    • Proven track record in managing Audit Engagements

    • Strong skills in Auditing and understanding of its principles

    • Experience in developing and implementing Audit Plans
