    Role Overview

    **Sodexo Corporate Services** is looking for a **GM/Chef Manager** to join our team at Park 37 a Multi-Tennant Building located in Greenville SC with a MV of 400K. The current food landscape consists of 1 corporate cafe that serves Breakfast and Lunch, a Starbucks Bistro and Catering Operations. The **GM/Chef Manager** will be the number 1 onsite and the Executive Chef.

     

    Incentives

     

    M-F 6am to 4pm, no evenings or weekends

    What You'll Do

    + Manage the Budget/Finances

    + Manage the client relationship

    + Hands on about 60% of the time

    + Menu planning

    + Ordering

    + Inventory

    + Leading and developing a team of 2 hourly employees

    + Catering production
