Key Responsibilities - Electronic Assembler / Solderer:

+ Perform soldering, wire stripping, bonding, and other electro-mechanical assembly functions related to sub-assembly and final assembly processes.

+ Prepare and assemble parts according to written procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and instructions.

+ Conduct metal finishing tasks such as plating with a focus on quality and precision.

+ Cross-train and collaborate in other areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

+ Maintain a “clean as you go” attitude, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.

+ Perform additional tasks assigned by management

+ Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director

Required Qualifications:

+ A minimum of 1 year of soldering experience in an electronic assembly manufacturing environment.

+ Proficient in the use of soldering equipment and small hand tools, including pliers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, scales, and calipers.

+ Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing work orders, processes, and procedures.

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Basic computer skills are required to ensure accurate job tracking and documentation.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
