    Full-Time: 35+ hours per week

     

    What You’ll Do

    As an OAR, you’ll be the friendly face patients rely on for a seamless experience:

    + **Engage with Patients:** Greet, register, and schedule appointments while ensuring accurate data entry.

    + **Deliver Exceptional Service:** Address patient questions and concerns, providing guidance and solutions with empathy.

    + **Coordinate Care:** Manage missed appointments, cancellations, and arrange interpreters or transportation as needed.

    + **Collaborate:** Work closely with providers and clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions and workflows.

    + **Ensure Accuracy:** Keep patient information and clinic schedules up-to-date and error-free.
