    Job Description Summary

    One of Cushman & Wakefield's top Multi-Market teams is seeking a self-motivated, innovative Business Development Analyst to drive growth initiatives and expand our client portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to engage with Fortune 2000 executives while supporting a high-performing team of real estate professionals.

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    + Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market research

    + Conduct outreach to C-level executives at Fortune 2000 companies via phone calls and other effective communication channels

    + Develop compelling value propositions tailored to potential clients' specific real estate needs

    + Utilize technical tools and data analytics to identify potential leads and market trends

    + Coordinate with senior team members to create customized business development strategies

    + Track and report on prospecting activities and conversion metrics

    + Support the preparation of presentations and proposals for prospective clients

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

    + Sales experience preferred but not required

    + Comfortable with phone outreach and other business development communication methods

    + Strong research and analytical skills

    + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

    + Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools

    + Real estate license is a plus

    + Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
