**Job Title:** HVAC/R Facilities Technician – Supermarket Systems

**Location:** Fort Wayne, IN

**Pay Rate:** $44.00/hr (44.62/hr)

**Employment Type:** Temp to Perm

**Schedule:** 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Sunday through Saturday

As our **HVAC/R Facilities Technician** , you’ll be the go-to pro for all things mechanical, electrical, and chilled. This is your chance to step into a role where your skills actually matter every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing

+ Tackle HVAC and refrigeration maintenance like a champ

+ Keep plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems in check

+ Handle work orders with precision using Corrigo or similar CMMS tools

+ Take charge of site-level inspections, refrigerant tracking, and routine equipment testing

+ Handle building maintenance tasks inside and out – think lights, floors, walls, roofing

+ Stay ahead of safety risks and act fast when something’s off

+ Drive to local sites as needed (must love the open road between store visits)

+ Pitch in with safety meetings, inspections, and all those “little things” that keep the big picture running

What You Need to Bring

+ At least 4 years of experience with commercial HVAC/R and general facility maintenance

+ Universal EPA Certification (required)

+ Strong knowledge of building systems – HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration

+ High school diploma or GED (trades training a bonus)

+ A valid driver’s license and a good sense of direction

+ Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 80 lbs, and work in tough conditions (we’re talking rooftop hot or freezer cold)

+ A serious commitment to safety, quality, and doing the job right the first time

**Pay Details:** $44.00 per hour
